Potato Chips and Peanut Butter?

What could be better than potato chips, nuts, chocolate, and peanut butter? Your right-Nothing! One of the cookies/candies I made this Christmas is the Peanut Butter Cluster which are so good that you can't just eat one! What makes this even better is that the recipe is super easy. I ended up making these for our annual cookie exchange and they seemed to go over very well!

Peanut Butter Clusters- click HERE for recipe from site
  • 2 cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chip
  • 1 1/2 cups Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 cup Crushed Ruffled Potato Chips
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter chips and chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
  • Stir in peanuts and potato chips.
  • Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
  • Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container. Yield: about 3-1/2 dozen

I was only able to get around 2-1/2 dozen out of this recipe but yet I wanted my clusters a little big. So if you need a quick and easy recipe this holiday season you must try these out! I promise they will be a hit! Would love to hear from you if you did try these :)

Have a great holiday season! xoxo-Tiffany

  1. These look fantastic, too bad I'm trying to lose weight. I'd probably eat all of them at once. :)
