Surprisingly I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but I do love cheesecake! If it weren't so fattening I would eat cheesecake 24/7! When I was going to business school I worked part time at a local hotel as a break-room attendant-ie: lunch lady! I would set up the food for the evening workers that the chefs had prepared and would keep everything stocked and nice and tidy. I also baked cookies and kept the dessert area stocked which meant I had free rain of the dessert cooler. I was allowed to take anything that wasn't a whole pie and the just happened to have the best cheesecake ever! Any kind imaginable- my favorite was the plain cheesecake with peach swirl throughout....yummy. It got so bad that I kept a plate and fork in the cooler and must have eaten at least 3 slices each time I worked. I had to give cheesecake up for lent because I gained so much weight! That's how much I love cheesecake. So last week when my coworker found this recipe I knew I had to try it out, and boy am I glad I did. This cheesecake is super easy and so delicious. My only change would be to use a graham cracker crust instead of an oreo one, but then I'm not a huge chocolate person so you might like it with the oreo crust.
