With St. Patricks Day quickly approaching (March 17) I wanted to make something a lil green to share with all of you. This recipe-Watergate Salad- is typically a summer dish but I love it year round. Who doesn't like pudding and cool whip? This recipe (find HERE) is a 5 minute recipe-quick, simple, one dish, quick clean up and it tastes so yummy. It's not the most attractive dish, but trust me when I say that taste will make up for looks!
