Have you ever walked into the grocery store and seen coupons and recipes in front of select items for you to take and use? Well, this recipe was one of those free coupons. I had tossed it in the hidden pocket in my one purse and forgot about it. The other day I was cleaning out my old purses when I stumbled upon it. I have literally carried this recipe around with me for years! Surprised it took me this long to find it I decided it was time to try these cookies out and I was pleasantly surprised. These banana cookies (recipe here) are delicious and addicting! I can not believe I have waited so long to make them. I stored the cookies in a plastic container and they have stayed really moist. The addition of chocolate chips and nuts with the banana are what really make these cookies rock.
These cookies are actually very easy and quick to make. The only thing I had an issue with is that I didn't get the full 48 cookies it says the batter will make. I think I made my cookies a little big- but I'd rather have a nice size cookie to bite into. I uploaded the recipe for you (HERE) since I couldn't find it anywhere online. If you have any problem printing the picture please send me an email (HERE) and I'll mail you a copy of the recipe. Would love to hear what you think of these if you make them.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
