HEAD 2
I asked each blogger to pick a flower that spoke to them in some way and create an outfit inspired by it. The flower they choose does not have to grow during the month of May, just any flower that they love and inspired them. I will be back to regular blogging on Monday, May 16.

Today I would like to introduce Jen from JennifHsieh….
Hey guys! I'm Jen from JennifHsieh and I'm filling in for Tiffany while she's traveling all around the world. Unfortunately for me, I'm just traveling around all my different notebooks studying for finals. Hopefully she's having an awesome time and I can't wait to see pictures!

Following the theme of April showers bringing May flowers (I've definitely had enough of all this rain), I chose to pick my outfit with the daisy as my inspiration. At first I didn't plan on adding the cardigan but it was a little windy out that day so I thought I would be better off without goosebumps all over my arms. Adding the cardigan ended up making me look more like a sunflower but both the sunflower and the daisy are both in the same asteraceae plant family so it's alright. :)

H&M Belt, Aldo Rucksack, Shoes c/o CSN Stores

The reason I chose the daisy was because I felt like it represented both my personality and my style perfectly. The daisy most often symbolizes simplicity and I prefer keeping my life and my outfits simple. It's definitely my favorite flower because it feels low-maintenance but it's also extremely fragile - especially with the petals. I actually opted out of getting the typical rose corsage/boutonniere combination for my senior prom and got my date and myself daisy corsages. :)
