First let me say that after looking at these pictures I realize I need to dye my hair! I don't normally but the sun bleaches my hair like something bad! Anyone else have this problem?

I have been crushing over pleated skirts like this for well over a year but could never find one that I absolutely loved till now. I stumbled upon this skirt bright and bold midi pleated skirt on ASOS and instantly snagged it. The softness and heavier weight of this skirt make it the perfect skirt to wear into fall and winter. I also find it fun to mix really girly things with rougher pieces. I think it gives an outfit an edge that is surprising but yet fun. When I came down in this outfit the other day my sister looked at me in shock and surprise. She simply said-"That is different and unexpected." Exactly what I was going for. Are you on board with the pleated skirt trend yet?

  1. LOVE the skirt (and look). I haven't tried any pleated skirts but I was just browsing on the web for them!

  2. I love this kind of skirts, but I've tried them and they look horrible on me!
However, you look awesome! Nice shoes too!

  3. You are so cute with your teacup! I love the pleated skirt look too and yours is such a fun color. I could definitely imagine that skirt at a tea party.

  4. You may find it strange that it's not the shoes that I like in this post the most but the tee! The skirt is really nice too, just like shoes, of course. I love it how you put this outfit together, I really do!
