Why is Target the black hole for over shopping? Have you ever run into Target for one essential item and come out with a few bags full of stuff or am I the only one? This skirt was one of those items that I didn't need but still bought it. The colors are just so fun and you could literally wear any color top/shoes with it which important when trying to get the most out of a piece. It also helps that the skirt is super comfortable, has pockets (a huge selling point for me) and was only $20. Just to forewarn you it runs a tad large. I usually wear a small/medium but the medium was little big and they were out of smalls so I tried the extra small and it fit! I was shocked-my booty never fits into an extra small. Just goes to show you should always try other sizes on just in case even if you think it will be too small.
