Remember the days when you were a child and you and you painted with water color paints and by the end you had this soupy mess where one color swirled into the next? Well, when I stumbled this top at Target the other day it instantly reminded me of those childhood days and I fell in love with it. I thought I would keep the color going throughout with blue pants and pink accessories.
