Beauty Must Haves + Giveaway

I've been wanting to start a beauty section on the blog for some time now so I could share with you products that I'm loving and using. Being a girl who has to watch her budget finding a product that you get the most for your money is a necessity. Also, finding a product that does what it's supposed to and will last a while is just as important. I always know a product is really good when after I've run out I go and buy the same thing again. With that said I really wanted to share with you my top 8 must have beauty items that I use almost every day.

1. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream - I received this last year in a FABB gift bag and have been using it ever since. With the winter dry hands are a give in and this hand lotion is great to mostiurize and protect my hands. I apply this every morning before I leave for work.

2. Aveeno Ultra Calming Face Cleanser - My face is ultra sensitive so when I found this face cleanser I thought I'd give it a try. Not only is it fragrance free but it has camomile in it to help calm redness and dryness. 

3. Bare Minerals Bisque with hard bristle brush - believe it or not I use this as concealer over top of my foundation. When I have that zit that is a little too noticeable I use the brush and pat/brush it over the zit and it diminishes the look. (I've used this for over 10 years!)

4. CND Solar Oil ($3!) - I LOVE this oil! I use this oil all the time when my cuticles are looking dry but my polish is good. Rub a little in to each nail and it looks as if you just had a fresh manicure. It also softens and nourishes your cuticles and nail bed. 

5. Frizz Ease Hair Serum - I've used this product for years and the bottle literally lasts me well over a year. I actually put this on my hair when it's dry and after I've styled it to smooth and lock out the frizz.

6. Sisley Paris Confort Extreme lip balm - This product is expensive, I'll say that from the start, but it is worth every darn penny! I've had this jar for almost 2 years and it's still half full because a little bit goes a long way. I call it my winter lip rescuer because it instantly heels my chapped lips right up and makes them smooth and soft.

7. Covergirl LashBlast Length - I've tried countless mascaras of all different brands and the one I come back to time after time is the LashBlast Length. It gives me long, natural looking lashes without clumping or smudging.

8. Benefit Porefessional - This product is a relatively new one for me but I don't go a day without it. Before I apply any makeup I start with this primer. It honestly diminishes the look of my pores and helps my make up go on smoother and more evenly. I don't know how I lived without it for so long!

Another product that I love is Covergirl LashBlast Volume. It gives you amazing volume with no clumps. Covergirl was nice enough to send my 5 mascaras to give away to my readers!!
