I think it's a good sign when your two year old niece sits down with a spoon and a giant bowl of the Pumpkin Pie Dip that you just made and starts shoveling it in. That is exactly what she did this evening after I made up a batch of this dip. She tossed the cookies aside and dug in with a smile. This dip is actually that good and would be yummy on apples or the Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread (HERE) that I made last week. You know how sometimes a recipe calls for 1 cup or 3/4 cup of pumpkin and then you have leftover pumpkin with no idea what to do with it? This Pumpkin Pie Dip recipe (HERE) solves that problem!
One bowl, simple and easy with quick clean up, and kid approved! What are you waiting for? Go, now, make this Pumpkin Pie Dip (HERE), eat it, then smile. :)
This weekend is my cousin's wedding that I'm playing the part of photographer for, and may I just say I am SUPER nervous! I've photographed one wedding before but wasn't the main photographer so had no pressure. This wedding, i'm the only photographer, and it's for family-talk about pressure! At least the weather is supposed to be gorgeous and the wedding will be outdoors. I just pray to God I don't choke and manage to get a few decent shots. I'll share with you all soon! Have a great weekend!
Much love to all!
